What is ProHost?
PROHOST supplements the GASTRO section of traditional, sometimes decades-old educational tools and textbooks for service, usually called TABLE SERVICE. The HOTEL section provides an up-to-date overview of activities and technologies in modern hotels.
What can you expect from ProHost?
More than 20 GASTRO topics include service, guest care, inventory, furnishings, and their ergonomics. We also cover banqueting, mixology, barista skills, wine, beer, spirits, and other commonly offered items. HOTEL topics include knowledge of hotel technologies, Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, and much more.

My entire professional life has been in "hospitality", that is, in hotels and gastronomy. In the 1990s, I managed the Eastern European hotel market for TOP International Hotels. Later, I served as sales director and resident manager at the Diplomat Hotel and as general manager at Palace Prague, Savoy Prague, and Chopin Krakow.
In 2001, I founded the first wedding fair in the Czech Republic, held annually at the Diplomat Hotel, starting the tradition of similar events in our country. In 2010, I built and opened Café Colore and in 2013, the Champagne Bar Bubble Lounge.
With Café Colore, I was named Restaurateur of the Year within AHR. The Bubble Lounge bar was ranked among the best wine bars in the Czech Republic by Czech Bar Awards.
