How are video courses produced?
It depends on the topic. Most courses are interviews with representatives of the field, called Ambassadors. Topics like service include acted scenes, while others use animations or presentations.

What does the application include?
Each lesson includes text summaries of everything discussed in the video, available as an extended document. Additionally, each lesson has an online quiz.

How do quizzes work?
Students, employees, and managers can immediately verify acquired knowledge. Quiz results are displayed online for assessment.

Are Gastro and Hotel courses accessible with one license?
Due to the diverse target groups, these sections are independent, requiring separate licenses.

Do you organize in-person courses on these topics?
Not currently, but we plan to launch physical courses with selected partners next year.

What topics are covered in the video courses?
The Gastro section currently includes over 20 topics, such as guest service, inventory, banquet planning, sustainability, AV technology, mixology, barista skills, wine, beer, and spirits. Hotel topics include technologies, Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, and more.

How many courses do you plan to produce?
In the first year (2023), we plan 20 lessons on various topics, with a long-term goal of around 200 lessons.

If I buy an annual license, which courses will I access?
Upon purchasing a license, you gain access to all completed courses and those released during the year.

How is payment processed for courses?
After registration, an invoice is generated and sent to your email. Payment can be made by transfer or credit card.
