5. User Rights and Obligations

By paying the course fee, the user agrees to the terms of use and the contractual terms available on the website www.prohost.cz.

The user is not authorized to share their login credentials with third parties. In case of violation, C.P.-Prohost reserves the right to cancel the users account without notice and without refunding the course fee.

The user of the ProHost educational portal is entitled to use all multimedia materials and other resources exclusively for their needs and is not allowed to share them with third parties. The user acknowledges that the ProHost educational portal of COLORE PRAHA s.r.o. evolves based on user feedback and modern trends in online education, gastronomy, and hospitality. Therefore, certain functions of the educational portal may be updated, discontinued, or replaced.
