2. Purpose of the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter T&Cs)

By making a purchase on the website www.prohost.cz, you are entering into a contract with COLORE PRAHA s.r.o. The contractual relationship between COLORE PRAHA s.r.o. (hereinafter C.P.-Prohost) and the user of the courses (hereinafter referred to as the "user") arises upon receipt of payment, i.e., upon the payment being credited to the account.

Purchases are possible after registration via the registration form.

Once the payment is credited to the C.P.-Prohost account, access to the paid "ProHost" courses according to the purchased license will be activated for the participant.

Orders can only be made in the Czech language.

Without undue delay after C.P.-Prohost receives the course fee payment, the participant will receive an informational email specifying the duration and scope of access to the "ProHost" portal services.

3. Agreement with the Terms and Conditions

By placing an order (e.g., by clicking the button to finalize your order), these T&Cs become binding for you. The Privacy Policy, as referenced on the website www.prohost.cz, is also part of these T&Cs.

4. Course Fee

The fee for the relevant licenses (hereinafter "course fee") is determined according to the price list, which is updated and available on the website www.prohost.cz.

The course fee can be paid using one of the available payment methods.

Once payment is received, the user is enrolled in the online courses of ProHost according to the purchased license.

After the user pays for the license and access to the ProHost portal is activated, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract and request a refund of the paid license fee.

5. User Rights and Obligations

The user hereby consents to the collection of personal information solely for administrative and communication purposes of C.P.-Prohost. The user explicitly agrees to store their address, phone number, email, and any additional information related to the license holder in the database of C.P.-Prohost.

By paying the course fee, the user agrees to the terms of use and the contractual terms available on the website www.prohost.cz.

The user is not authorized to share their login credentials with third parties. In case of violation, C.P.-Prohost reserves the right to cancel the users account without notice and without refunding the course fee.

The user of the ProHost educational portal is entitled to use all multimedia materials and other resources exclusively for their needs and is not allowed to share them with third parties. In case of violation, C.P.-Prohost reserves the right to cancel the users account without notice and without refunding the course fee.

All texts, quizzes, multimedia explanations, and video recordings are protected by copyright law. C.P.-Prohost explicitly prohibits any further distribution or sharing of the ProHost content with third parties.

The user acknowledges that the ProHost educational portal of COLORE PRAHA s.r.o. evolves based on user feedback and modern trends in online education, gastronomy, and hospitality. Therefore, certain functions of the educational portal may be updated, discontinued, or replaced.
